SaferSnap – Privacy Policy

SaferSnap (“App”, “we”, “our”) is a room safety analysis application intended to assist parents and caregivers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. No Medical or Safety Guarantee

SaferSnap provides AI-based suggestions for potential room hazards, but we do not guarantee accuracy. The App is not a medical, emergency, or professional safety service. Final responsibility for safety decisions lies with the user.

2. Information We Collect

• Photos uploaded by users – processed only to generate safety analysis. Photos are not permanently stored and are deleted after processing.
• Subscription & purchase data – securely processed via Google Play / Apple Store and RevenueCat. We do not access payment card details.
• Error logs & analytics (optional) – used solely to improve performance and stability.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchases – handles all financial transactions.
• RevenueCat – manages subscriptions and entitlements.
• AI Providers such as OpenAI or ImgBB (if used) – process images strictly for analysis.

4. Data Retention

• Photos are permanently deleted after analysis is complete.
• Purchase records may be kept for legal, audit, or anti-fraud purposes.
• Error logs (if collected) are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

5. Data Sharing & Sales

We do not sell or trade any user data. Data is only shared with third-party service providers necessary for the App to operate.

6. Security

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL. Sensitive keys are securely stored on protected servers. However, no system can be 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

• You may choose not to upload photos.
• You may request deletion of data related to your account or analysis.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adult use (parents/guardians). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

SaferSnap provides informational assistance only. We are not responsible for any decisions, damages, or incidents resulting from the use of the App. Users are solely responsible for evaluating safety advice.
